Im hoping some of your issues are resolved with the new warehouse. I absolutely love your product I hate your policies on canceling orders. You give me 30 minutes to cancel but you guys can hold my money hostages for weeks. If an item is out of my air or unavailable instead of giving me an option to pick something else before it to becomes out of stock is not an option. I have wait weeks for you to SHO items. Im waiting now for you to show pan item and I dont know if its out of stock but I dont want to continue to wait I would rather pick something else but your policy says I have to wait-or pay to order another set and you only offer credits no refunds unless you get hit with a restocking fee and so sometimes you can purchase something for $49.99 and then your voucher code is go up to $39.99.

I ordered this bathing suit and cannot wait to wear it. Overall a great fit but I did size up on the bottom and Im glad I did because theyre still a little snug. The tops in general havent had as wide a band as I would prefer, but nothing too narrow. Overall an amazing suit.

I was a member for a year and a half and I never had a problem until a month ago when I placed an order that never arrived. I've tried calling customer service and either no one answers or you are put on hold for such a long time that the call then hangs up. I've written emails that go unanswered and then finally get a generic one back saying they have changed warehouses and this is the delay in shipping. Well I'm not the only person having this trouble if you search the web or look at Adore Me's Instagram page. I gave them a month and then reported them to the Better Business Bureau where I got refunded my money. I then tried to cancel my VIP membership but they wont allow me to do that either. This is absurd and who knows how long it'll take me to rid myself of this bad company. Do yourselves a favor, don't bother buying from here. The stuff is cute but cheap and after the fiasco of trying to get in touch with someone regarding orders, I rather go and pay good money for better lingerie. Now I'm hassled with trying to get out of this membership.

Bras and panties are true to size. They're very sexy and affordable. The only issue I had was a bathing suit that was way to big for a 2x.
