It fits so perfectly and I love the design! The bra doesn't feel overly tight and the clamp in front doesn't tilt to one side like a bra I currently have. I love the lace on the underwear and the pink bows on it.

Ordered from adore me before and loved everything. Recently however, ordered May 19, mail lady came to my door today with my package and stated I needed to pay $70 customs! Never had this issue before. I paid $190 for the product Im not paying another $70. When I called I was told they were looking into it. I told her I refused the package and am sending it back. She said a refund will be issued in 3 weeks! I am beyond disappointed in this company. Never again. Myself, my mom, sisters and friends will never be customers again

I love adore me. This was my first time ordering from the site and it was so easy to do! The item I ordered fit perfectly. I was a bit skeptical about ordering at first because I never shop online but I will continue ordering from adore me!
Ive always had trouble finding pretty bras bc of my size but thanks to Adoreme, my new favorite online shop, its much easier now. I ordered 1 item for my wife around Valentine's day and they charged my credit card for three months without me knowing about it for some so called "VIP" membership that I would have never elected had I known! I called them and they made refund but then required that i go back onto their website and figure out how to unsubscribe my membership that I was not even aware that they signed me up. Not happy! Never buy from Adore Me again!

I love this set! It can be hard to find lingerie in 32DD and this set fit perfectly! The Lacey mesh parts seem pretty sturdy and it is generally good quality.

I had a bad experience - I waited 14 days for my box and when I opened it, the items in it were not the items that I ordered- not my size even. So I'm on the west coast and the phone line was not open. I sent an email. A help ticket was sent back and I waited and waited and two days later- got up early and called. 1) it was a five minute wait not the one promised on the site. The phone line said, oh not a fan of the phone, email us and we'll get right back to you... no they won't. 2) The person, Leah, who finally picked up the phone said-" Did not apologize for the mix up. She did apologize for the not replying to my email by saying they are experiencing a lot of emails right now. Then she said, Well you already hit the return so you will be charged restocking fee." What?! I hit return because you didn't answer my question on how to return without a restocking fee- the information is not on the site. Nothing like putting the blame on the customer. She said, "Well, now you have to return the item and then when we charge you the restocking fee- call back for a refund." Seriously? I have to call back...
All I can say is the customer experience lost me.

Im pleased with the quality and fit of my purchase. I have ordered multiple items and all are true to size.
I've ordered three times in one month from Adore Me and each time, I successfully make a purchase, the shipping takes WEEKS. Then, when I finally get the shipping notification, I'm either notified that everything or almost everything is sold out. It's a waste of time and money. All I'm offered is a $5 coupon when I've been waiting weeks for something I should have. If it's in your "shopping cart" and order is "fulfilled," why am I not receiving the items?

Overall amazing quality and comfort. I have up underwire bras years ago and am now wearing them again. Not to mention it was a great deal. Being plus size and having bras that fit and make me feel sexy is the best. I just wish it hadnt taken them two weeks to ship.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
