I LOVE the products they have but I was sent my bra and panty set without the panty. I contacted them and I have to request a refund/exchange and then order the item again. I will also have to ship back the bra I want to keep just so they can turn around and send it right back to me. They will not send me the pair of missing panties until I do this.

I was randomly charged $20 for supposedly "damaged" items that I returned damage free TWO months ago! I also canceled my subscription and they still crept their hands into my banking account. NOT okay. When I returned my items TWO months ago, they were NOT damaged then!

Please note that our warehouse will expect these sets in their new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition to prevent penalty charges.
For this reason, all returned items go through a thorough sanitary inspection when received in our warehouse. If your return did not pass the standard quality control, the set will be tag as "Dirty" or "Damaged". But it doesn't mean that the sets are damage.
Please understand that as a lingerie company, we place great importance on the sanitary aspect of our services & products.

They say on the site and after ordering they'll ship your order in 2-3 business days. I ordered almost 3 ago becausr I need a strapless bra for a wedding tomorrow and thought "even if there are delays it should still arrive in time." It wont. I got an email every 3 days saying "sorry we're behind and we haven't processed your order yet." Finally got an email saying they shipped my order two days ago. Go to track it today and what does it say? "Label created. Carrier waiting for package." When I sent them an email after the first notice I said I understand and I need my package by tomorrow's date so please tell me when it will be shipped. I got a response of "we don't know but expect in the next 2-3 days, here's a $5 credit." Again, this was about two weeks before I got the notification that ot shipped. I'm leaving this review to say thanks for wasting my time and my money which they were more than eager to take before order processing and they can shove their $5.

Was charged an additional $60 2 months later for "damaged, dirty, washed or worn" returned items. I kept one set & returned the other 4. I had never worn any of the other items other than to try them on. Tags were still on all of them & was returned within the time frame it was supposed to. Seems like more a of a scam than anything.

Your return policy is terrible. Especially for a first order. I wear a 42 H and my top is bigger than my bottom. The 2x panties fit ok but the fabric is itchy. The sleep set had bottoms too big. Its like the elastic wasn't sewn tight enough. They swallow me. I decided to not return the stuff because you would charge me more than $18. Then I would just get more itchy stuff. Even though your item description said softest lace... I blew 78 dollars. I only ordered because my best friend was wearing your swimsuit and swears by you guys. Of course she is 5'8" like a model and I am 4'11".

I'll start by saying I do love Adore Me. Especially before I had my baby when everything was a "regular" size, but now my bottom half is considered plus size and my top half is still "regular"
I don't like how I can't choose a plus size bottom and a regular size top. I always want these cute bra sets, but I'm not gonna pay that much to get underwear with it that I can't fit into.
I would also like to say that even before my baby when I wasn't plus size I still wore high waisted underwear because they were just more comfortable and it was my style, but there are almost zero high waist options for women who aren't plus size (or even for those who are though they have more options).
I would love love love to buy more from this store if I had better options.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Zero customer service.
I signed up for Elite in November. I received a box in December. I liked a few things, returned the rest. I received texts and emails every month that my order was being made, that my box was being created, that my box was scheduled to deliver on a certain day. I have not received a box since my first one and it is now April. I was scheduled to receive a box before Valentine's day and that was the worst of all. It never came. All the while I have been emailing customer service, sending "notes to my sylist", going through Facebook, Instagram, calling... and not one answer to any of my questions, just "assurance that my issue was being escalated to the team". This got me worried about them having all of my information. After dozens of failed attempts to reach customer service or to have my issues resolved, I just today canceled my membership. I still want answers or my money back. Nothing. Nada. Thanks a lot for nothing.

I ordered my bra sets back on March 12th. I received a tracking number but it shows the items have yet to arrive to the USPS facility since March 20th. It's now March 31st and my package is just sitting God knows where. USPS says they've never received from the sender. Poor distribution by Adore Me. First time buyer and highly doubt I will use again. I wanted my sets before vacation but I highly doubt that will happen.

Hello, I order from y'all a second time after my last order was lost. I gave it a second chance and it feels like last time where my order is delayed, I email you, my order is lost, and I have just wasted money. It said it would arrive March 24th to March 29th, and it's not here. The tracking system isn't working either which frustrates me. Order was not processed for 1+ weeks. No proactive communication other than boiler plate statement after repeated attempts to have information provided. Never received an explanation other than a spike in orders. Oh they did provide $5 credit.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
