Mope.io, Starve.io and Diep.io are examples of dead IO games. The similarities are that the are owned by addicting games.
Addicting games has TRASH customer service and ruin. Io games with ads.
Starve.io was a good game but ever since LapaMuave has sold it, it has been a ghost town.
The most "addicting game" is not even owned by Addicting games. Its Taming.io, made by LapaMuave. It doesnt have so much ads that it breaks the game sometimes, *cough cough* mope.io *cough cough*
And it is not a dead game with a ton of hackers, and it has a stable playerbase.
Lets just hope the Reaper of. IO games doesn't buy it.
I played starve.io ever since it came out years ago. It was a great game with good features and developer. But once addicting games decided to buy this everything went downhill. The new developers are a lot worse than the previous one which resulted in the game dying pretty quick. They were also responsible for removing the community servers which in my opinion was the best gamemode you could play. The so called ''Employes'' in discord aren't any better. They aren't helpfull at all and get pissed pretty quick when it comes to pings (which btw is normal as a staff ;) ). Other than the problem with bots and scripts they busted the game completely, leaving it pretty much with most servers empty. All i can say now is:
Rest in peace starve.io (2017-2022) you will be missed
I used to play games on this website all the time when I was younger. I was recently feeling nostalgic and decided to play some of the older games I used to play. I became frustrated almost immediately by having to watch an ad before playing a game. The ads on the side panels of the website made it difficult for the game to load properly, and the floating panel on the bottom with MORE ads was just a pest. I kept losing the games or making a mistake due to the ads having to load and the website glitching because of the memory needed to run the f***ing ads! Nostalgia ruined. I'm never going back to this website and will deter people from using it in the future.

The site loads so many ads that it is consistently lagging and freezing whatever game you play. I hope whoever implemented this system where ads are more important than the game offs themselves.
Every time the ads change, the game buffers and ruins whatever I am doing. Used to love this site. Now it's a waste of time.
The ads have no 'X' anymore. They just stay forever. Can't even play the games anymore. Waste of time.
Every time i go on addicting games and try to play a game, it says Flash out of date. Every single game. Like it says right over there -->, Report fraud, scams or complaints to help people avoid bad online businesses. I would like to file a complaint. This website wastes time. Every time i download Adobe... It still says, Flash out of date. If you like this website, have fun wasting time!

SEEMS LIKE A SELLOUT WEBSITE WHERE THERE ARE SO MANY ADS THAT YOU WAIT FOREVER TO PLAY YOUR GAME OR EVERY TIME A NEW AD POPS UP (LIKE EVERY 15 SECONDS) YOUR GAME PLAY IS INTERRUPTED.

I'm a large fan of this site. As a teenage boy, I have a lot of free time on my hands, so when I can't sleep and I have nothing to do, I can go onto Addictinggames and play the large variety of games that they offer for hours. I never become tired of this site and it has never given me any trouble, besides lack of sleep and the feeling of going insane from playing a single level over and over until I finally beat it, but that's one of the best parts of the site! :]
This is a great site for online games. Some are cheesy and some violent (if you're not into that kind of stuff), but you can see a brief description of each game before you play. They're great for embedding on your websites or social network pages.
This is an awesome site to waste sometime on! They have hundreds of games for the taking, and they are nicely arranged in categories of type. (e.g. Strategy, Classic Arcade, Action, etc.). They also have games to entertain not just the children of your family but the adults too.
Well developed site that constantly introduces new games and developers to the public at large. These games really live up to their site name, they are ADDICTING!
Very family friendly since each game comes with a warning tag or tags if the game might be inappropriate for a younger crowd. They also have a fine selection of purchasable games that are great plays in the demo versions!
Endless gaming - addictinggames.com has so many games for someone to play. I personaly love the life & style games. I could play for hours.
