Amazingly enough, I was referred to this site by another person, who was able to download the presented digital card. After this, if you buy a physical card, a vest, leash, etc, it will NOT arrive anywhere. At least they are not executing a recurring fee, but the site is setup to misguide you and steal your money. There is absolutely no way to get a refund as they have no contact information.

Registered my dog back in 2019. Paid 1 time for everything I needed immediately. 2021 I chose to order an ID card. Paid for that 1 time as well. Ive never had any recurring charges like many claim is happening. I chose as a one time purchase for both transactions. Ive never had an issue with the company, my dogs registration # look up, or with spammy emails.

No help, no support, phone numbers only have voicemail and messages are not returned, no responses to any email. Their technology will continue charging your card until you call your bank and cancel the card.

I purchased a monthly subscription, they charged my card for a one-off lifetime membership, no way to contact them, and the following month, they charge my card AGAIN... for the one-off lifetime membership.

No avenue to contact them.

Paid for both of our grand pups to be registered so that we could fly with them outside of a carrier. Was a huge hassle at the airport and was told that we were scammed by the officer on duty. Had to put them In carriers. They had to hold the plane for us. Paid for early boarding also but was separated from the family. Ended up in the back of the plane. Was a terrible experience and set the vacation off in the wrong direction. Don't waste your money! Trying to get a refund. I've tried to make contact with them but no one has reached out to us. Just plain mad!

Service dogs do not require any type of "registration". Adaregistry.com is a scam. They make it seem legit by posting "facts" and articles on their site. Also, I signed up for emails WELL before I knew any of this, I have also "unsubscribed" from their email list, and have even flagged their emails, however I'm still recieving them.
Just an FYI, for service animals, you can just throw a simple harness on them with training patches, and carry a letter from your doctor stating that you require the animal to mitigate daily tasks. No registration is needed other than one from your city bylaw in most cases. If people are bothering you out in public about it, stating you need a registration, you can make a card at home, or at a public library with the dogs picture on it and print it off for their uneducated relief. Don't give into this bull and waste your money!

I registered my dog as an ESA, the website says it's a lifetime registration with no recurring fees but it was charging me every month and does not have a customer support number or email. I cancelled the card I used and now my dog no longer shows up when I search the registry

This site is fast and easy I learned everything I needed to about registering my pet and all the documentation is readily available they have additional resources. Great site for learning and actually registering your dog as a ESA!

Service dogs don't require registration in most areas. This site just takes your money and sends a phony looking registration card. ADA website says these aren't legit.

Tried to register my dog emotional support animal and paid 99.00 they billed twice and I didn't receive any digital documents so I called left two messages they have not returned the money and no phone calls don't use this service
