Adapted mind is a real trick! It asks for you card number so it can steal money from you! AGAIN: This a 100% scam.Don't let it trick you! It might seem great, but it's not as friendly as it looks.
So, I still have no idea how I was subscribed BUT after emailing them to complain they returned my money for 5 months and confirmed the closure of account, all within 24 hours. I'm not sure how to interpret that, but I'm just pleased that they responded and I am not out of pocket. :)
I've no idea how I was subscribed to this website, but they took payments from my account for 5 months until I noticed on this month's statement. I have never seen the website before in my life so I am mythed! Based on what others have said I'm pretty worried that they'll continue to take payments even though I've cancelled now. Grrrr...

The actual thing is alright I still wouldn't do it again, I tried cancelling and every time it would crash on me and now I have been charged for it. This seems like a bit of a scam and they don't even give you a refund.
This website charged me for multiple months after canceling. Im calling them today and requesting a refund for the entire month or im suing.
Whenever I read an article this pop-up ad comes. A lot of ads. This website is always sending me ads since I bought it. They blocked my credit card. My mom told me not to use this annoying web and I stopped using it. STILL A LOT AND A LOT OF ADS! The person reading my comment, Did you notice that they only send ads whenever we watch a kid-friendly video or while watching an educational video? Kids are gonna fall for this scam. Oh! And the live ad and the ad add comes a lot. What in the world!?! I hate this website. Stay away from it! I'm an Indian, as it is in dollars, I lost a lot of money. Stay away
The ads anoy me alot and like some of the other reviews it says they are a scam website trying to steal peoples money by making them think it is good for kids but really not from some of the other reviews

I have not signed up to this app and have seen credit card payments taken from my account.
My daughter (5) was in love with the ads from YouTube and begged me to look into doing the app. So I went on their site and almost signed up for a free trial. I had the inner feeling to Google the company before giving them my credit card info and was so glad I did because WOW. So many people saying they were incorrectly charged and it wouldn't stop. Soo I was too afraid to do it despite my daughter begging me to. I tried to call them and see if I could ask about the fraudulent charges and nobody answered. All of a sudden a few hours later someone from that number calls me back and says, "Hello, I am returning a missed call from this number." I said "I don't remember even calling (I totally forgot in that moment) but actually I was trying to sign up for your service, and just had some concerns. I just had a couple questions..." He cuts me off and says, "I was just returning a missed call." and hung up the phone. WHAT in the world?! I'd definitely stay away from this company, unfortunately, no matter how enticing their YouTube ads are! So sad! :(
I set my daughter up with a trial of this because she saw it on YouTube. I went to cancel it and it's said I didn't have an account. I was just charged $40 and there's no way to login and cancel. This company should be sued.
This website has done a fraud transaction from my credit without my knowledge. I never heard of this website until I got the transaction alert message...
This is a horrible website. It scammed me that i should pay $10 but it actuallytook almost $40. Horrible scam lots of outraging questions THIS WILL BE SUED!
I DO like this site for my daughter but I cancelled as distance learning will be starting in September. They billed me my last month and I am paid up until mid September but they cut off my access to website. Waiting for them to restore access then I will change my review!

This company has been making an auto-withdrawals from my account without my consent from my since
March 2020-Aug 2020 for $9.95. I have been trying to resolve this for a matter of time and can not get a hold of a representative to resolve this issue and have had not been able to get a hold of a live person. Be aware, there are pop-ups from Adapted Mind that can catch you up in this same loop. Very disappointed in this app. Do not purchase. There is a monthly fee involved!
I don't like this game. Its not a game its a stupid advertisement and so fun. Nah its not fun at first. When you don't use it for few days and the time is over and your card is blocked or you forgot to pay, meet this dumb thing it tries to steal money. Like 5000 rs or 66.63 USA Dollars. I am an Indian but due to down currency it is too much for us. And its adds. The worst app ever better learn from youtube or youtube kids, Cuz they teach better.
