Bought a program, and it was never delivered

I bought the Ultimate Kindle Sales Formula from Adam Houge. I paid $97 and it was never delivered. The phone number on the receipt is fake. It always comes back busy. There is no way to contact the company about the problem. No email or valid phone number was offered. I tried everything to alert Adam of the problem to no avail. I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card for a FRAUDULENT CHARGE.
