It works as it is advertised. I used to make a green juice every morning with most the super food. This has me saving money and add pre probiotics for my gut health.

I have been taking Morning Complete and Mito Vitality for a month now. I just mix them both together with water. It actually tastes good. It doesn't dissolve all the way but it doesn't taste chalky.
