This company will charge you completely unethical storage fees for the period of time your equipment is in their possession. If you choose to proceed with a repair, they will continue to charge these storage fees. The repair we were quoted didnt even come with any guarantees. They will not relinquish the item you own without payment of these exorbitant storage fees. Even if your item is the size of a laptop, they will charge you $60/day. We requested the item back on numerous occasions, and it's almost as though they hold it hostage

Be ready to have your legal team get involved.

I purchased a refurbished machine for our clinic back in nov 2023 and by Jan 2024 it stopped working. It's May 21,2024 and I am still trying to get my warranty processed. This company does not respond to emails or phone calls. I went through their claim process and 3 months later there is still no response. They only have 1 email which is *******@acmerevival.com and they do not respond to it. I am now sitting with a $1700 machine that does not work and no response from them.

I have tried their chat and they make note of what I am say and claim someone will reach out via email but no one ever follows up. I email for a follow up and no response. You call their number *******452 and they require a representative's extension (yet no one ever gives you one) to proceed with a representative if not they send you back to their chat and sometimes the chat is not open, just the same wait time all day.

I am starting to believe this company does not exist in the US and probably is just an exchange of equipment platform with no real people. I would advise anyone thinking of buying from these guys to not do it and go with a company that has real humans who will support you when you need your warranty covered.

Tried to order items multiple times and weeks later I would get an email stating my order was canceled no no reason. Reached out to company but they couldnt tell me either. Weird! At least they didnt steal my money I suppose. Company is a joke, I went with Victori Medical Supplies and they were responsive and easy to work with so far.

Arrived in six days like they advertised. Still working so far. Would likely consider buying several more suction units if the price drops.

Sent a laser device for repair. They never sent me an evaluation of the laser. They could not open it to evaluate it. Still no contact from company. When I contacted them, they wanted over $300 for not making the repair or even attempting the repair. That was a storage fee.

This company is a scam.

ACME did a wonderful job repairing a burn relay controller that fell. The plastic housing had broken in numerous places, and they were able to "weld" it back together by recreating the supports that held it together. Hard to tell it was even repaired. They did a great job.

Our lab sent them an ancient pharmacy pump that fell off a counter. Unit was basically split in half on the outer shell. The pump still worked, but we wanted to get the outside repaired. It arrived back to us basically looking like new. You can just barely tell where filler was used and the paint feels original. I would highly recommend this outfit. Needless to say based on some other reviews we were nervous but this turned out better than expected. Whole process took about 4 days after we approved the quote.

Had a hiccup with my Dexis Platinum—no warranty luck with DEXIS. Shoutout to the acme squad! Power's on, but it kept yelling, "No Dexis Platinum sensor found." Plug and nada! They dug in, found the glitch, and fixed it lightning-fast. Super stoked on the speedy vibe and pro fix. Big five stars for these tech wizards!

Had sent in my ultrasonic scaler for an issue with the water solenoid. They actually didn't get the repair right first- but sent it back and they got it done the second time around under warranty for free. Would recommend to those in the dental community. Manuf wanted nearly 3x what they charged.
