They are always on top of everything. I make large purchases and it's hard to know what's coming, what came and what still needs to be shipped. They keep track and make sure you get everything. Unbelievable service. I don't have to do a thing because I know they're taking care of it. I've never had an item forgotten even after all items have been received except one. That one item will arrive eventually. You don't even need to inquire, but great customer care if you do.
Acegolfs has a great selection of clothing for all golf tastes. And, their clothes are appropriate on or off the course. Their prices are great. Customer service is responsive. Returns are easy when necessary. While this is supposed to be for one experience, I'm including all of my experiences because it gives a clearer picture of what to expect.
Love that Ace stands behind their products. I ordered a mans polo, very sharp! A women's polo, Beautiful. A dress that was just released. Dress was lost in shipment. I called Ace and they sent another right an away. Dress is very nice, Ace stand behind their products and provides an excellent product. Been using them for 2 years and I buy all my golf attire there now.
The clothes are cute and fit well and made sturdy. I am always afraid to order more from this company because I've had two big orders gone missing. They sent me a nice letter that says please check with my neighbors and my family members. Still no order they did send me a notification saying it was missing on their end as well, but still no refund.
There was confusion on my order and their customer service was very helpful in solving the problem.

I have ordered dresses, long sleeve and short sleeve tops. Am pleased with all. Just follow the size guide as a large is slightly different from dresses to tops. I took a L in dresses and an XL in tops. I'm 5'5,160 lbs. They wash well. The dresses do not come with shorts. Customer service excellent. Shipping can take from 2-3 weeks in Canada.
The product is good once received but it takes way to long to get. Need 2-3 deliveries.

I just had to tell you all about my wonderful shopping experience! Well, I first saw a lady heading out of the gym and she was all dressed up in the adorable white shirt with a front ruffle and slacks.
I immediately had to look for the shirt online. I typed in white shirt, front ruffle, long sleeve. I was absolutely thrilled! 🤩

In the last three months I have bought 4 pair of trousers, 4 jackets 2 shirts and numerous golf tops and I am delighted with them all. So much so that I have another order in at the moment. I like the materials that are used, they are lovely to wear and I have received many compliments from other golfers who have asked me for your website.
