The quality of the fabric is cheap. Very thin. Zippers are cheap. Trying to return something is almost impossible, They delay, delay, delay. And the offer 50% off if you keep the merchandise, I am trying to return several items and told them why. Now they want pictures after I sent the original numbers. They cant look them up? It took 2 months to return a visor! Wondering if they are having cashflow problems.

You need to email them to begin an exchange/return, but they do not return your email. The chat function is also impossible. They even asked for links to their very own website! Needless to say, I was never allowed to exchange a size that was too small and am out $100.

If you have to return or exchange, Get ready for a hot mess! From on day to the next, they can not keep up. I place a lot of online orders & these guys are the worse. I exchanged after the first order. They were miss-sized. I contacted them to exchange & one pair of paints was at least 2 inches bigger on each side & length. I am trying to communicate to return for a refund. They offered me 30% off to keep them. It is not likely I will ever get this straight. Picture is same size pants, blue is much larger! There clothes are cute!
Order 2 units $122.40 order A*******027 on June 16 and get oversize grandma cloth size M (6-8) on june 22. It reads DESIGN BY CALIFRONIA (CHINA made) that fit like size 10. It's polyester cut to size then print later before stitch, despite nice design pattern and fitting is NOT FLATTERING. I talked to them on their wesbite chat from 22 to 26 June every day for 5 days just to get return label. I like the print so I ask to exchange size and they sent me RETURN LABEL to LAN RETURN IN OREGON WITH NO ORDER ID MARK ON LABEL like other normal companies would do. Label using usps ground advantage which I know loss parcel all the time. Clothing nice print, fabric and qulity SO SO OK. I might keep or just donate these 2 to CHARITY. I am sick of follow up with their customer service, so size M stay along with my sincere 1-star review.

Found the website on FB and without any recommendations I was anxious about using it. I was pleasantly surprised. Received all items within a two-week period. Customer service was the best I have seen in years. I had made a mistake while ordering and forgot to put down the discount code. One contact with customer service and it was handled without any issues and follow-up was unbelievable. I am very pleased with the quality of the material (polyester and spandex) and it looks sharp! The fit was fine other than the armhole being a tad snug. I ordered my usual size (medium) although I read other reviews which indicated to size up.
