I have been trading with Acceptrade for a little while now and after trying out a few other brokers I have decided Acceptrade is the best fit for my trading. Overall, great customer service, spreads, trading condition and easy deposit/withdrawal. I recommend Acceptrade to anyone who is interested in trading.

Hey all, I am new to this broker, however not new with the trading world. Previously traded with many other brokers, but I took a break after and just opened account with Acceptrade a few months ago. The started capital was very limited, but the trading results are quite miraculous, support is great, always very helpful! I am really happy upon finding such a great broker.

Acceptrade is a decent broker in my opinion, because I have experienced a lot of improvements since I started trading with them. I had a lot of ups and downs in my trading but now I am on the right place, The customer service is approachable helpful at all times so I am happy with everything so far!

I have tried it out after a friend told me about them. Had my doubts naturally (like anyone would have) because of everything that's going on in the industry, but they were decent with me - and their security and privacy levels are satisfactory by my standards, through my experience I recommend using their services!

Don't use this platform, after sending money they will call you and ask for more forget you about you

I am a beginner and with my experience I must say that if you want to go easy and go slow, use Acceptrade. Educate yourself first. Open a demo account and familiarise yourself with the whole process. When ready, start small and see what happens. Consult with your broker; don't rush it, and you'll be fine. Don't expect big results super fast but work for it and find the best strategies that works for you.

I discovered Acceptrade just couple of months ago, I was looking for a broker capable of having really low spreads and low commissions. But above all, I wanted a broker with a business model based on trust, from the beginning I was pleasantly surprised by their customer service which is really top notch in every way. In short I warmly and sincerely recommend Acceptrade as I have only been using this broker for couple of months and I have never been disappointed.

I started to have relationship with them from last 14th October 2020. The results seems very good. Being suggested by them agent Alex Couper reserve of Bitcoin were done being resold to JP Morgan with wonderful profit. The problem came out when I asked to withdrawal part of this amount. When the agent using my computer by AnyDesk remote control started the operation, after I paid the related taxes using my money not part of the one present in my AcceptTrade account (strange matter), he told me was necessary to make it in more tranches because the amount was to high. During the withdrawal operation at certain point he asked me to give him the OTP I received on my phone to fix the first credit on my credit card. My bank blocked my card the operation and a following one. My bank told me the operations were both in out not in in! So now my funds are still indicated as present in my AccepTrade account and Alex Couper yesterday told me he will call me today to withdrawal and send this amount to my bank in a different way. Now, in today afternoon Mr. Alex Cooper is continuously writing me that the credit card is the only way to have back my money...
Meanwhile in AccepTrade website is possible as first choice indicated to have a bank wire I already asked. I also wrote on it website asking to be informed when the wire transfer is executed and informing teh company about its agent unprofessional action. We'll see what will happen. I will update.
