Don't use this site! I was going on holidays to Spain in August and booked everything in February to make sure I got the best deals and had everything set up. Before going, I sent an email confirming everything and got an email back saying everything was ok and that they were waiting for us. To my surprise when I got there, they didn't have my reservation, said they never heard of us or the owner's name and very rudely asked us to leave and left us in the middle of the street with nowhere to go. I spent well over 3 hours with them on the phone trying to find a solution since this was clearly their fault... they offered to send me to a camping site 2hours outside of the city (it was already nighttime, and I had booked in the city center, essential when travelling with toddlers.) Finally, the customer service lady took pity on us, and she even said: "I may get fired for this, but I'm going to upgrade you and allow you to go to a hotel." They also told us they were going to refund us but never did. I sent back to back emails, and they never replied and said they wouldn't do anything and that I should speak directly with the owner (who is more mysterious than Carmen San Diego.) Thank God in the end that lady was nice, even though it took 3 hours for her to decide to help us. I hope she wasn't fired for doing the right thing. And I hope this company stops allowing scammers to post on their website and then wash their hands of all repercussions. Seriously there are far better companies, especially when going to Europe. These guys are simply the worst. They'll take your money and never look back! SCAMMERS!
