I have been using A Better Bid llc for a few months now and have purchased a vehicle through them and bid on several others. I WOULD NOT recommend A Better Bid. While they do not outright scam you (at least not yet), they are very shady in their business practices and lie to you consistently. I purchased a vehicle 2 months ago and have yet to receive the title for my vehicle. Every time I call they just say it is coming. They also insisted that I use their shipping service which charged me $500 to ship a vehicle which a regular tow company would charge $100 for. When you fight them on it, they lie to you and say it's mandatory from Copart but when you call Copart or talk with other companies they let you use your own shipping company. Yet they insist on this lie because it makes them money instead of just being honest. Their "customer service" is just a poor lady who answers the phone all day and offers wrong information. For example, to inspect the vehicle you need a basic Copart account but A Better Bid says that's not true, yet if you visit the yard they won't let you in without a Copart account. Just lies and added fees and inconveniences over and over and over again. I had to pay $4k in fees for a $16k vehicle. That's insane! Yeah I got my car shipped to me but for the money I paid and they headache I still have to go through, I highly recommend not using them. It's been 2 months and I still don't have my title and the "company" which supposedly has it has a fake email address as their contact info and a phone number which does not work on their website. What kind of a business is this? How did I end up dealing with such crooks?

Just look at how fake these 5 star reviews that praise this company look!

Yes they give you the car but if you want to overpay for a simple service and then several months stay up at night praying that you don't get scammed, then go ahead and work with these people.
If not then find someone else, literally anyone else.

I had a great idea to flip cars to try to make some side cash. I decided to invest my savings into this adventure. I completely regret it. I won a 2015 BMW with some body damage for $4000. After the shipping and the fees it was $8100. Still I thought I could make it work. Then I received the car. The pictures were completely misleading. The pictures shown on the website were dated and the car was delivered with additional high school stickers and parking decals on it. This means someone was using the car after they took the pictures. The vehicle had a lot more damage than the pictures showed. The pictures they had were definitely taken at certain angles to avoid the full picture of the damages, and the interior pictures completely skipped the damages to the interior and the computer dash. After multiple emails showing all the documentation they still refused to acknowledge the misrepresentation. I reach ed out to my attorney and he did say I had a strong case, but by the time I paid for everything my only consolidation would be proving a point. I would be out more money fighting than just walking away. It's a sad world we live in when businesses like his take no accountability for deceiving their customers. "AS IS" was their mantra. I strongly recommend if anyone is interested in going to auction, go to your local auction house and avoid online crooks. They are everywhere. Plus I have a feeling they have people bidding on vehicles to up the pricing as many of the vehicles I was looking at came back up to auction after they were won by others days ago. I guess we will never know. Don't play unless you can afford to lose.

They provided great support from a to z both times I used them. Delivery was fast, perfect for licensed company pickup. Pretty easy going guys who know the business and are trustworthy.

ABB has been a consistently trustworthy site for used and salvage cars. The entire process has always been straightforward and I have received the cars and documents promptly every single time without fail.

The cost for the two vehicles I bought from them was less than half what I spent on a single used car from a dealership, can't beat that value that's for sure.

I've been using the ABB site for a while now and bid on cars every now and again if something catches my eye. There are always new salvage cars being put up so I like to see what they've got. They've got good customer support and they always return my deposit quickly as promised.

The website is user-friendly and works well even from your phone. I scrolled through their inventory and was really impressed. Such a wide range of quality vehicles and bidding was easy!

Their platform itself is good, they thought of many details, so it was easy to find a good truck at a fair price and understand what's the condition. It came exactly how it was decrsibed. Photos were accurate too. If you're looking for a car and don't want to spend too much, it's a good place to start.
