Avoid Autobulbs Direct (ABD.co.uk) at all costs! I ordered "brand new" OSRAM bulbs, but they arrived previously opened with tampered seals. I had them installed at a certified auto center, and the professional headlight alignment machine proved the bulb is completely defective (it projects a massive dark shadow and dead spot right in the center of the beam).
I sent ABD clear photographic proof from the alignment machine. Their response? They completely ignored the mechanical evidence, falsely claimed "the bulbs are not faulty," and refused to give me a refund. They are knowingly selling broken, used items to international customers and avoiding responsibility. Do not trust them with your money!
