I really, really wanted to like this brand. I ordered clothes as a gift and had to return them because the sizing was way off. The return process was confusing and glitchy, and somehow my refund ended up being issued as a gift card — which I did not choose.

When I reached out to support, they told me their system showed I selected a gift card and there was nothing they could do to correct it. Even though I explained what happened, they refused to refund the original payment and said the only option was to keep the store credit.

So now I'm stuck with a gift card for items that don't fit, instead of getting my money back. I genuinely wanted to support this brand, but this experience felt very inflexible and not customer-friendly.

I hope they rethink how they handle returns, because it's hard to recommend them after this.
