The good the bad honest review
The Good:
The quality of most of the abayas is very good, and they were delivered on time.

The Bad:
However, my experience with customer service has been disappointing. After buying over three items, I was unaware of their loyalty program. I reached out via email to mention my purchases asking for a small gift, and they replied, informing me about the program. I responded, thanking them and requesting a small gift for being a loyal customer as i did not know about the loyaltyprogram, but my email went unanswered. The package I received contained no gesture of goodwill, and once again, there was no response to my email.

After leaving a transparent review, I was contacted by the team asking me to remove it saying for that they will add loyalty points - meaning they conditioned it.
This felt surprising and disingenuous, especially since they did not address my previous email or apologize for ignoring it considered it without being asked if they had simply acknowledged my concerns and added the points I would remove it without them asking.

This experience has made me question their commitment to customer service. If they do not recognize the importance of returning customers, I doubt they would effectively resolve any future issues. As a result, I do not plan to shop there again.

Thin fabric, arrived with a snag in the material. After being asked to send it back for an exchange, the item was returned to me and I was told I had worn this item and caught the material on something myself. Shocking how Abayabuth was miraculously able to come to this conclusion by reviewing the snag in the fabric. They claim the item had stains all over and took 2 weeks to send it back to me, all whilst ignoring any of my further emails. I finally received the item back and rechecked it, there was not a single stain or mark on the fabric other than the snag it arrived with.
They continued to ignore my messages and I feel cheated out of the money I spent.
A friend of mine also received an abaya with beads already fallen off. The quality is clearly not worth the price and the customer service certainly leaves a lot to be desired. Disappointing that a company supplying islamic wear would act in such a way.

Alhamdulilah, the fabric is soft and beautiful but it isn't strong enough for me and it is a bit see threw in the light. But Alhamdulilah otherwise the colour and the feel of the jilbeb is nice.
