It's not even a ligit company. It's some guy out of his house. When you place your order he sources the work out to a print company. All the material is imported ( claims to be 100% made in America with American material) they have a fake quantity tracker to push sales. Website will show "10 shirts left in stock!" With the quantity slowly lowering as if shirts are selling out. Just refresh your page and the quantity goes right back up to 10. They will tell you shirts in stock ship within 3-5 days. No shirts are in stock ever, they are all made to order. When I placed my order they told me 3-5 days originally then it changed to 10-14 days when I email them asking about it. They claim my order shipped on June 30. When they finally send the tracking number, it shipped on July 5th. ( the assured me I would receive it by the 4th) they tell you if you cancil within 24 hours you are good. I attempted to cancil within 12 hours of the order and they claim they could not intercept the order. So their cancilation policy is false as well. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere

So on June 16 I decided to order a shirt for the forth. Against my better judgement I ordered a 50 dollar gag shirt so I could look American AF for Independence Day. Before I ordered the shirt I made sure that the shipping time would line up. Their site claimed 5-8 business days, so I thought even if they are backed up they have a couple of weeks. Well the 30th rolled around and still no shirt. I hate emails so I looked for a phone number, I found one, called it and it went straight to an answering machine. I left a voicemail but later found out they don't check it, it's only a gag number. The only contact you can have with the company is through email. So I emailed them on the 5th after my shirt had still not arrived. Today I got this email.
Your order is on it's way. The shipping carrier experienced delays with shipping from the local post office and this is out of our control. We will then monitor this shipment and will provide you an update soon.
Shorty after that I got a message with a tracking number, followed the link with the number, whiched stated my package hasn't shipped. So basically they never sent my shirt. The lady was also nice enough to attach their return policy. By return policy I mean there is none. Even if it's their fault or the product is no good you can't get your money back. In some cases they will give you store credit but even then it might only be at 50% the amount that you spent. I get that they make things to order but just be honest. Like hey, sorry we messed up and forgot to send your order, here is a refund on your shipping or we threw in some extra stuff for the delay, but no all they did was try to pass the buck and attached a link telling me they won't return my money, which I never asked for. As some who's in the Military I like to support veteran owned company's but they will never get another dollar from me, not only that but every time I see one of their FB post I will use it as an opportunity to bad mouth them. Wouldn't be surprised if someone had already reported them to the BBB.

I ordered a shirt on June 15 with the notice that I'd receive it before the Fourth of July. I followed up on Facebook Messenger, which they like, and was promised twice that it would arrive in time. I even checked my account often and kept seeing the status as paid but "Unfulfilled". They keep falling over themselves apologizing and saying it's on its way, all while ignoring my request for refund. Going to my credit card company to get refund. Tried to like this company.

This company is absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a shirt for the 4th of July on June 25th. Was guaranteed delivery before the 4th. Received a tracking number on June 27. It is now July 4th, and I have not seen my order. When I message them, they give me some bs excuse how they can't refund my money, even though they are the ones who broke their promises.

We have verified that your item is in shipping. We are just waiting for the tracking number since USPS and UPS got delayed with updating our system. That is why, we can no longer cancel it and make a refund for you.

There are a couple of things questionable about this:
1. You sell American themed shirts and didn't anticipate being busy during the most patriotic time of the year?
2. They say they are waiting on a tracking number, when I already received tracking information.
3. I ship things all the time, you get a tracking number as soon as you pay for the shipping. So, there is no way my order is being shipped under a different tracking number.

I will be reporting them to the BBB, as soon as I can figure out what their actual business name is listed under. I can't seem to find it in the BBB site?

I should start off by saying I think they have a pretty cool selection. But they clearly dont have their $#*! together. Can anyone tell me why after 2 weeks I STILL don't have items I ordered that i bought specifically for the 4th of july (today)? They have an ETA on their website of 8 days for production and shipping. Garbage service. I wish I had seen these other reviews before I purchased. I would have died t my money elsewhere instead of with this overpriced joke of a company that is probably 3 guys in a garage.
