Arrived very fast and in perfect condition. I only order from A-Z Darts because of the selection and quality of what they sell. My only wish is that there was a store front on the east coast that i could go to but then again, I would probably be broke!

Absolutely was a shot in the dark, picking this company to buy product from for a tournament when my parts didn't arrive from the UK in time for me to step to the oche. I phoned up A-Z and asked if their standard 1st class would get shipped in time and they assured me they would get it out the door that day if I placed my order before 2pm it would go out immediately. Sure enough, I drag my feet through their immense selection(!) and made my final choices by noon. Before I could even return the call to let them know I'd placed my order through their site, I received notice it had been received and was being packed. To ensure it wasn't just an auto-responder, I called them and they were about to take it to the post. This was a Monday at 1230pm. The package was delivered to my doorstep, packaged securely for these delicate Carbon shafts, flights and tips to arrive safely, early Wednesday morning! Gave me an extra day to tune my darts and gave my blind draw team a win that following night in the tourney! Will not bother ordering elsewhere in the future, I have found my "local" supplier, and no longer need to worry when I need parts at the last minute and pre-plan with UK shipping direct from Harrows. Superb service. Outstanding prices, and genuinely nice people. I feel like I am supporting my local dart store as well - seeing as the closest dealer near me is a 160 mile round-trip out of town on my Panigale V4! Cheers A-Z Darts!
Website and the checkout process was easy to use! Items had good descriptions and pictures of the items.
I have ordered items off of this site before. This time I noticed that the minimum shipping price was up 15 more dollars then the last time I ordered something. Also I paid $35 for over night and didn't get it till two days later. The worst part is standard shipping is almost $12 and that's for a 4 to 7 business's days. I spent $100 in total equipment which the free shipping is at $45 but the last time I did standard shipping it took well over two weeks to reach me. I like the site its very easy to navigate but the shipping is terrible. When ordered it said I would have my packages by 4:30pm. Then when I tracked my Package and seen that I would not be receiving them till a day or two later so I naturally contacted the website. The first email I got from them was telling me that it depended on my location for the time of delivery so almost saying I was in the wrong. It was not a great experience and they should not put certain times on there as it didn't apply to me so I over paid for a promise on them and got a $20 credit on the site when I spent with shipping almost $150 with them. Not to happy I will use a physical store or a different website from now on.

All products we have ordered have been top quality. This site has the best selection of flights that we have found. They are not the thin cheap ones. Very happy with everything we have gotten. This was a repeat order and will order again.
