Bought a Winmau blade 5 dual core. The board was in pretty mediocre shape for it coming straight out of the box. I contacted customer support and they replied a few hours later asking me to send pics so I did. They gave me some recommendations and I was able to get everything taken care of. Thanks customer support.

In the more than two decades I have dealt with A-Z there has been a handful of times where they have demonstrated going above and beyond, and this was one of those times.
