Don't never ever get in contact with those criminals! Some are already reported to the police and those people are only up to steal your money and just deliver only a virtual passport or driver's license!
You can make it even yourself on photoshop a virtual passport!
Dont pay those people!
Also they are from africa, guess in Cameron or something...
