Ordered Mavic front and rear QR adapters from 700. Website was really easy to navigate and had all the relevant information that I needed before purchase.

Expected to wait two or three days but much to my surprise, the adapters arrived the very next day.

I came across 700 online whilst I was looking for Praxis chain rings. I ordered these with minimum fuss and the delivery was prompt.
I would use this company again without a doubt.

It's very annoying to be asked for feedback when you have not dispatched the item yet.

The product I ordered was no longer available so a replacement was sent instead after being advised by email, the product arrived in a couple of days with no hassle, excellent service.

Great service, called up 700 as had a few questions regarding a set of high end wheels. The guy at 700 answered all my questions and couldn't have been more helpful. These wheels are not cheap but at 700 the rewards points system means I get a little bit back to spend in the shop in the future so I guess you can't ask for any fairer than that.

Can't say much apart from all went smoothly start to finish with no issues. I own quite a lot of the x-bionic kit and can't speak highly of it enough. Good to see a proper UK supplier. And a good price to boot.

The item I ordered arrived very promptly indeed. The only issue I had was that delivery address, being my work address, does not comply with the standard 'house number-street name' format and it was a little awkward to get the address part of the order process completed. Got there in the end though and no other issues once this was achieved.

The part I wanted isn't in stock and I'm awaiting delevery in December. However, I was contacted very quickly via e mail and phone assuring me my part will be delivered when it arrives.
My first time with 700 and I'll come back if I need anything else.

Online click and collect so easy to use. Product held until I was able to get to the shop.
