So there product is bad, that is given. But the customer service is even worse. My mistake was not reading there policy. They have 7 day return policy which can only be valid if you place return/ exchange in two days. And you will be charged 200-300 rupees. And that is not the worst part. They will return the money in the way of coupon, that can only be used in the future buy from them only. 1 year validity. Its purely the exploitation of the human behavior that we usually don't do by going in the website, clicking in policy and then reading. And they found the loophole. I called customer care and said please mention that when people are buying properly, she said if they will people won't buy it. And then she hanged the call and blocked me.
