I bought 10 of the shirts as a b-day gift. There are some funny designs and pop culture references. What I really thought was great was that the shirts had not arrived after about 12 days and I sent an email explaining wh I needed them soon for the b-day gift. I received a prompt response and when I mentioned the b-day was coming up in a week, they expedited the shirts asap. The delay is due to the pandemic. And that is completely understandable. The fact they went the extra step to ensure faster delivery is fantastic customer service. I went through the shirts and they are good quality and size is as advertised. I know they will be appreciated as a gift. So... Great shirts. Fantastic customer service. 10/10 recommend.
Ordered 3 shirts 5/18/20 for father's day. 2 weeks before father's day, I still didn't receive shipment information. I contacted the company and they said they got behind because of covid19. They were able to put the shirts into production and shipped them. I got the shirts Thursday before father's day. Great customer service! And the shirts were great! My boyfriend absolutely thought they were great! Thanks again! I will order again!

Did not respond to emails, only shipped my order when I opened a PayPal claim two months after they should have arrived. Still waiting.

I felt inclined to leave a review for 6DollarShirts after seeing the current critical reviews for the company. Similar to other reviewers, I ordered several shirts just over a month ago, and while it did take the company a bit of time to get the order out, I felt it was perfectly acceptable given the current global issues we are all learning to live with. I emailed the company once to make sure my order hadn't been lost. I recieved a quick reply explaining and apologizing for the delay. A short time later my items arrived in the mail. I do hope people will take the dates of the negative reviews into consideration and realize the extenuating circumstances that have undoubtedly led to the delays. Personally, I have nothing but positive things to say about the level of customer service I received and the quality of the product. I am a new customer and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Feeling a little disappointed to say the least right now. I placed my orders on May 5,2020... almost $50 worth. Till date, I am still waiting on my tees. No updates received at all. Please advise... where is my order? I'm in GA, if you're in FL, really shouldn't take this long to mail in an order!

All in all they seem like a great company and I've ordered from them in the past multiple times. They have unique t-shirts for an unbeatable price. However, I'm deducting a star because I think it would be a little more descriptive if their website included that all orders placed could take upwards of 30 days in processing time. They do have some paragraphs of their pandemic response taking extra time very obviously on their website. They would end up with less impatient costumers if they were just a little more upfront about the length of time it could take. All in all seem like a very reputable and customer-service leaning company

So I placed an order 30 days ago for some tshirts. The company should have disclosed that orders will take 30+ days.
I did send an email to "customer service " and they replied with a copy/paste default paragraph. I asked for a phone number to talk to a supervisor. That was ignored.
Very disappointed and a complete waste of $50.

We make each item to order and had to put some pretty limiting features in place for our team for a while to ensure a safe production process. Since receiving new guidelines, our team is working around the clock to try and ship every outstanding order as soon as possible. We hope to get back to our usual processing times as we love to see our orders shipped very quickly!
The shirts I chose were witty, hilarious and somewhat inappropriate. The writer who came up with these shirts is a genius. The sizes of the shirts were generous and I most certainly appreciate that. The personal attention during correspondence was quick and kind. I highly recommend this company to everyone and will definitely continue doing business with them. They rock!

My order (*******) for two shirts was placed on April 18, and 41 days later, the website still says processing'. At this point, I have lost faith these wil ever be processed and shipped.

These shirts are amazing, and I've never seen better pricing. In most places, if you buy a plus sized shirt it can run as much as 15$ more! I have never seen plus sizes so cheap, and in such good quality! And remember to be patient. Their safety (and ours) is much more important that 2 day processing. Thanks so much 6DollarShirts!

I placed my order for 11 T-shirts. (10 are identical) 8 days ago. The order processed normally. I have taken into account that with COVID 19 there would be a delay but there has been NO indication that my order has even been looked at... processing. The buying experience was great, but where are the "deliverables"?

The Processing status means that your payment was successful and the order will head to production. Since we make each item to order, we do require a completed form of payment at the time of purchase. Once the order is shipped, we'll send an email with tracking information.

Price was very reasonable even with shipping, customer service was quickly responsive, each shirt made INDIVIDUALLY to order, and in the US! Big fan.

I previously gave a glowing review of these shirts because of the great selections and customer service. However after months of wearing them (I bought over a dozen), I felt something off with the sleeves. I thought it was just my imagination, but they felt "flappy" and when I raised my arms above my head, my armpit was exposed. So I compared them with a $15.99 same-sized shirt from Amazon. Bingo. The sleeves are shorter, especially inderneath, maybe a whole inch at the top and ~2" at the bottom and have almost 1" bigger diameter. I have two pictures clearly showing the differences. I recommend 6-Dollar Shirts evaluate this issue and get better shirts from another distributor. As a customer, you're better off paying $15.99 for a single shirt that really fits properly.

We are always looking for new and better options and will push this with our team. We are still a small company but hopefully we can incorporate more fit options as we grow in the future!
