The basket was meant to be a gift, but the card made it appear that it was too me and not from me. I certainly could have expanded my message, however it was not clear how the card would be displayed. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience.

Flower arrangements have always been exceptional

Excellent as always.

My only comment is that the website had different products for sale than were actually available, so an order of assorted tulips needed to end up being a mixed arrangement to make the delivery in time. That eventual arrangement was beautiful, but there was special meaning of tulips for the recipient, so having the online options more streamlined with actual availability would be great.

I've using Amy and Fred at 5280 Flowers for over 5 years now. I've, never been disappointed with their arrangements. And a few times I've called for help and they were able to help me decide what would be better for a particular occasion. Great customer service, they are very easy to talk with.

Great selection and good service!

Pricing for shipping at times seems a bit steep.
Also the fudges which came with my order looked different than what I saw on the website.

Even on Valentine's Day, an email was answered during the day on the status of my order... impressive! :)

You guys always deliver top notch flowers haven't used you guys in months because I haven't had a need but you guys are the only ones I have deliver my flowers. You guys are my first and only choice..

I made an error on the address and they called me and we were able to make the change on the fly and 4 minutes later it was delivered just awesome
