We ordered branded keyrings for our company to give away with orders. Despite being described as a UK company the package arrived directly from China and were awful quality. The printing rubbed off extremely easily. We asked to return the items for a refund given the cost was very high for such low quality. Customer service was appalling, we were told for ages they couldn't get in contact with the production factory and never received any kind of refund. Eventually gave up chasing them and took the loss. I would recommend ordering from a company with better reputation!

I've worked with 4imprint under two employers and since 2015 and I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the partner they are. My first experience with 4imprint was when I worked for a global company with over 50k employees and local presence in over 40 countries. I had to have a solid source for marketing and 4imprint met the demand every time. The employees are attentive to my every need. Only once did I have an issue and 4imprint was on it and resolved it with impeccable timing and performance. Best go to there is for Marketing needs.

If I can give a negative star I would. They messed up my artwork with typos. My orders were delayed. My one order was wrong with missing artwork that was not printed on the back of my shirts plus it took a week to have someone get back to me to get them returned and fixed. No one gets back to you promptly if you have an issue. I ordered shirts and sweatshirts only to find out a week later and a charge on my credit card that they do not have all the sizes in the colors I needed. I lost a lot of time and money with my orders. One of which is MIA and no one I try to reach can give me an answer if it is done or being printed. They should spend less money on the fancy tv commercials and invest it in their staff. Will never use again

Long story short, our company ordered some items from them. They were very professional and flexible in regards to all the changes that I had to make to the order and under strict deadlines. When our items came, there was a misprint (which is why I am docking one star) but when we brought it to their attention they were extremely understanding. We asked for a full refund, and they were able to do just that! I do wish we could have used them, but we will be donating them locally (the misprint is an incorrect phrase, not a spelling error).
I'm just so thankful with how kind they were during this whole process. If my company doesn't order from them again, I certainly will!

I filled out a form to receive a sample with a certain address. They linked it to my "account" with a different address I had for in the past (my work address, but now I'm working from home). They sent the sample to that work address. They would not treat me as an anonymous individual after that but wanted to change the address in my account to a home address. This would be bad, because I don't want boxes of promo items sent to my home address, just a sample. Somehow they couldn't handle just treating me as an anonymous requestor of a sample.

Ordered Pens imprinted for a student high school election and they missed the shipping deadline... but made it right by reprinting the order in a day and delivering BY 8 AM in the pouring rain so the pens could be distributed at the school in the small window of time allowed for "election swag" these days. Customer service was great in the evening and I got 2 emails confirming their mistake and that they fixed it. Erin and Trish - good job!

We have used 4imprint.com for 5 different orders over the past year. We were impressed with our interactions with this company on every order.

We did 3 short sleeve t orders, 1 long sleeve t order, and 1 jacket/windbreaker order. All went without a hitch! We selected heavy weight t's and have been thrilled with how our logos-text printing has held up wash after wash.

Our jackets are incredible! We ordered 75 for a group international trip -- they are great. You can select a lighter weight and cheaper t from anywhere but they won't last. Our group purchased ts from us because the ones they received from another company were cheap and almost see-through.

The 4imprint site has some great design tools that are easy to use. You can also upload your own logo/art. Lots of colors, lots of sizes, lots of styles!
