I had only recently joined 1st Tix and was still learning how to use the site when my account was suddenly suspended. I had barely used it and didn't receive any explanation or warning. I sent an email asking for clarification and offered to resolve anything that might've been done wrong unintentionally — but I never got a reply. It's incredibly frustrating to be ignored like this, especially as a new user who was just trying to understand the process and follow the rules. I hope 1st Tix improves how they communicate and support the very people they claim to serve.
