The shopping experience is simple and fast. The sofa I ordered was exactly as described and very well made. One issue I have is that when you fully recline, the end recliners do not lock into place, so it's a constant battle staying fully reclined. I am past the 30 day return period or I would have returned the item. II still think it was an excellent customer experience.
