I was searching high and low for a bed matching my son's furniture in his room. His bed broke and I couldn't find another exact match. But then I stumbled across this site and I found the same exact bed he used to have and I also found a better matress and foundation (previously had a terrible matress and weak wooden box spring). I was so happy to purchase the pieces and when I tell you it is strong and sturdy and makes his room look complete, I'm serious. I will be ordering more furniture from this place... Also, the customer service is amazing (that's rare). I'm very grateful for the new bed and he loves it. Thank you.

The first time I called I spoke with Simon. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and handled my questions about a product in a timely manner. I had to call him back to get my finances ready to order and asked if I would be able to speak with him again. He told me all I had to do was ask for him. When I called back to order a few minutes later, I asked for him and was transferred right to him. He picked up and my call quickly and also remembered who I was and he had kept my information from my earlier call! THAT KIND OF SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY WITH ME! He processed my payment, took all my information, and emailed my receipt and order number. He also read off my order number over the phone so I could write it down. He reassured me that my receipt would be emailed quickly and he was right! I was able to see it within a couple of minutes. I appreciate Simon's handling of both my calls. It's rare to get a customer service representative of his caliber these days! His speech was clear and precise without any "uummms" in the conversation, which I very much appreciate!
