This was a good security measure because the shipping address was different from my billing address. The customer service representative was professional and pleasant to talk to. Products came quickly, well packaged, and all parts were there. However, there was some slight damage to the backs of one of the chairs and I am waiting for that issue to be resolved. Put in a customer service request last night. If I am able, I will update the rating once this issue is resolved.

When I attempted to have my purchase shipped to my daughter in another city, my purchase was rejected because the zip codes on my card and the destination differed. When I called and spoke to a sales rep in person the purchase sailed through without an issue. Even though I was initially annoyed, I appreciated that their system prevented what could have been a stolen card. Free shipping - wow!
