He was.very helpful as I made my order for the dresser and I looked at the width again and it wasn't going to work for my TV so I changed the standup dresser and then we talked about that I have an adjustable bed and so I needed adjustable bed bed rail so we made that change and then he helped me again after I saw my new invoice as I was getting white glove service to any bedroom any floor and when I looked at the change order, they were going to charge me for the second floor so he took care of that charge as well. So far so good and I'm glad I picked the bedroom set that I did. First time using this company.
