DO NOT BUY from this company. They are very disrespectful and they will send you damaged furniture and then accuse you of having buyer's remorse as a way of forcing you to keep it and says it is in their policy. I have made the mistake and I am warning other's so they can be aware. I purchased a bedroom set that was packaged right so I assumed they did that with all their products. They do not. They discount their items as a way to get you to buy the item because you would be like wow it is a great price. It is not. They are selling deliberately damaged items, claim from the transport company for full price of the item and then they charge the customer to return the damaged item when you refuse it. They are dishonest. Cheaper is definitely not better. It is better to pay more at a store that value the customer's. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
So happy to find 1 Stopbedrooms because I had the same item bought at Living Spaces a they could not deliver after a 3 month wait! The moment I cancelled my order I found it in stock at 1 SB! Thank you!
