Great prices and very communicative. You can track your order the entire way until it arrives at your doorstep. We actually forgot to purchase the connectors for our couches so they called us and asked if we wanted them, which we did want them. I'm so happy they called to confirm that and get them quickly attached before shipping. I've already recommended this company to multiple family/friends one of which already purchased from here.

I went through 1stopbedrooms because prices were slightly cheaper than through Ashley furniture and decided to go ahead and try them out. My order was schedule to ship April 28th but got pushed back 2x and after reading the reviews about shipping issues I did get a little nervous. However, I contacted customer support and they were super friendly and helpful and quick to respond to emails. My items were delayed shortly, but did ship out and the items were in perfect condition and nothing was damaged or missing

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
