I ordered a sectional. The item page said free shipping, with no exceptions or fine print. When I entered my address, a pop up said a shipping surcharge "may or may not be required"—which obviously makes it not free. At checkout, though, no extra shipping charge was noted, and I declined any special upgrades to shipping. The NEXT DAY, after my purchase was completed, they called wanting $200 more for shipping. Absolutely not. When you add that, it makes them more expensive than other retailers, not to mention being a shady/false business practice. I cancelled my order on principle. You may not be getting the offer you think you're getting at checkout with this company.
