I had a very good experience and to be quite frank I am surprised. I placed an order a few months ago and asked that it be held until I returned back home so I could receive the furniture. This company did Exactly what I asked them to do- no issues, no hassles, no miscommunications. I just called them today asking them to release the hold and ship me my merchandise. They did just that and my merchandise will be delivered in a few days. As a side note the credit card charge for the merchandise was handled properly and now that the item is being shipped the charge will be reflected on my credit card in the current month. I can tell you that I have had to do this same scenario with many other companies and each and every time the vendor messed up the order. Its refreshing to say the least working with a company and staff that are professional and extremely competent. Thank you very much
