I originally contacted Joe because I needed a new bed frame because I broke mine by doing a foolish act. He was excellent to the point placed the order and we used an old credit card that was still on file only problem was I replaced that credit card so it was declined. I called back and I spoke to Raymond who was also just as excellent as Joe. Furniture is beautiful, ordering was easy. I was not aware that ordering a bed frame did not include the support system. But I was contacted before shipping to add that, because it is definately required to connect the head and foot board and support the mattress. All items were packed very well to prevent damage and look great though.
