The website said my recliner would ship in 48 hours, but it is now been over a month and no power recliner. They also told me I needed to call them to "verify my address". When I did they tried to sell me a protection plan. When I declined, they then asked if I would want a power cord for my power recliner, otherwise it wouldn't work. When I said, of course, they asked if I wanted the $90 cord or the $190 cord. I threw a fit and the 1stop sales scammer said he would take off $20. We argued for about 20 minutes and he finally said he would talk to his supervisor. He came back and told me how lucky I was to get a few power cord so I could plug in my power recliner. What a nightmare. I doubt I ever see this recliner. Buyer beware.

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
