I made a purchase of a hutch to fit my TV entertainment center that was bought nearly three years ago. 1stStop reached out to me to be sure that I measured my TVE before they shipped the hutch, as precaution for correct fit. They also contacted me to verify address for all items I ordered were being shipped from out of state. When they delivered my very large and heavy TVE, they had put it together, removed it out of the box, inspected it and placed it where I needed it in my living room, and removed the large box! Great service!

The site was easy to shop at my furniture was delivered faster than estimated. The only thing was I got the white glove delivery service for free and it wasn't on the delivery manifest. Had to go back and forth with the delivery guys for a minute and they finally brought my furniture in and set it up other than that it was great from start to finish.
