I had an issue with one of my orders and customer service was quick to remediate it and send me a replacement at no charge!

I purchased an outfit that I knew might be a hit or a miss because of the style and having bigger boobs and a smaller frame. I am a new customer a read the full return policy but unfortunately this outfit was not eligible for return. After emailing for support and explaining my reasoning, they allowed me to make the return. The outfit came just as pictured and great quality. You for sure get what you pay for. Unfortunately it just did not fit but that is not a quality issue. I will be a returning customer just because of the great customer service and great quality.

Don't buy from them. I followed them for a while before purchasing an item. I was happy to see it had finally been marked down to a reasonable price, as my social media had been extensively showing me the item. Upon arrival I found a cheaply made, single layer fabric that I couldn't even pull up. Their sizing guide is totally off and not inclusive to anyone who isn't model size. When I reached out to customer service, not only did they refuse to return the item, but they won't even exchange it for a size that fits due to it being a "final sale". They take advantage of unclear descriptions on their site, knowing they can essentially rip you off. So disappointed, as I have loved what they posted. But the reality is that this company scams you and does nothing to rectify it.

I am an avid review-reader before purchasing from online companies. I purchased from 12th Tribe, because their website has thousands of positive reviews from "verified purchasers." So, when I spent $100 on a dress for NYE, I felt like I was going to get a top quality product. When it arrived, I was SO disappointed. The dress is made out of extremely cheap plastic, scratched, and partly broken. It's not unusable... and it can be altered to make it look cute, but for $100 that is NOT what I would expect. I could've gotten something similar from Forever21 for $15.

The silver discs are made out of flimsy scratched plastic, and you have to adjust the neckline with a plastic clasp, or else the neckline sits below your knees (I'm 5'-7" tall, and got a size small... so this seems ridiculous to me.)

When I went to the website to submit a review, there was nowhere to do so... which leads me to believe that the "verified purchasers" are simply brand ambassadors or people being paid by the company to take professional level photos in the pictures and submit 5-star reviews. I also visited their Facebook page to submit a review, but they've turned off comments.

Overall, I would say that they have cute items... but the quality is just NOT there for the price they're asking. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I should have read their customer return policy but who would have thought that ANY and ALL sale items were not eligible for return. These specific items were not labelled as "final sale" and are well within the "15 day return" limit. This will be my first and last time shopping with this company. They offer "one time courtesy returns" but for a fee. They only offer you in-store credit. So they want to keep your money and make you pay more to process it.

The clothes are really cute. Unfortunately I ordered black friday sale items that we're not returnable or available for exchange. I even accidentally ordered two of the same item like a real dummy. I reached out via chat and they we're able to make a one time exception for store credit. The fact that i was able to chat with a real person and quickly made for an amazing customer service experience.

Cheapest quality clothing, I couldn't believe what they sent me. Upon asking for a refund, they announced that the sale is final. Of course it's final, it's a scam. Cheapest garbage from china, will give it to my daughters to make dolls' clothing.

Ordered a large, sent new a small. Several attempts to reach them and no response. $65 wasted and very disappointed.

I have confirmation 12th tribe has my return. But they never contacted me WEEKS after it was received to refund. I put receipt, I was within policy, I put my name and email and clothes had tags still. I opened a credit card receipt and they said they have my return, but won't refund until I close claim. The credit card said that if I close claim then I can't got back and open and that they can refund and that closes claim. Why is 12th tribe NOT RETURNING honest people's items? Hours of documentation and messaging with 12th tribe and they will not refund my $593.80. I WANT TO CRY! THEY STEAL your return basically. I messaged them before I sent back items and I did everything they asked me to do. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY.

Been ordering from them a lot of times and they never let me down. Easy communication especially with return/exchange process.
