On their website they say you get a life long guarantee on their cartridges, but when I had a problem 2 new cartridges I bought there they didn't help me at all. I sent an email to customer service but they didn't even read my email properly and just sent me a standard reply. After many emails back and forth I needed to replace the chip on the cartridge MYSELF and now the cartridges work. I am very angry that they didn't give me the guarantee they promised and kept on sending me different things I needed to do so the cartridges might work again. Just give me different cartridges when the ones I got are not working! Now i have two broken chips and I need to switch the chip every time I want to use another cartridge.
