I want to order some samples of clothing and keyring for our business. I'm seeing more bad reviews then good shipping is really bad and never on time and also told the clothing is poor quality... that's bad for a company do I look else where and take my money else where?

I needed just 2 hats for a tournament my husband and I were in. I was in a time crunch and spoke to a customer service rep who suggested I choose expedited shipping. A bit pricey but worth it. I got the hats two days before the promised date.

I do have a store on Zazzle, but wouldn't steer you wrong since I hate being lied to or cheated myself (Ask me about getting my car serviced last week for $2,800.00... or fighting insurance for over a year in a flooded house... I do know what it's like to have things go wrong - trust me!), so... I can tell you for a fact that everything I've ever created for myself honestly thrilled me and did ship on time or even earlier than I expected. Zazzle is a lot of fun, great quality, and unique, so maybe if you give them a try, you'll be happy with the result, and if not, they WILL make it right!

I never ever got anything even though I was told it was shipped twice! I did eventually get my money back.

They don't ship on time. They sat on my order and only until I asked them about it over a week later, I recieved a 'shipment' status notification. And guess what! It's been a month! Still no shipment! Scammers.

Not only they dont ship on time, but they don't even give you an update nor a notice your order will be late. I needed tshirts for a marketing event and I have to give lollipops to my customers.

When you design the pillow, you will be able to see if the pillow is in stock. That's important for obvious reasons. Where the pillow will be shipped to is also important, as Zazzle is in the U.S. I live in the U.S. and have ordered about 20 products from Zazzle. They were always shipped on time. Hope this helps!
