How good are this company's delivery and helpline services?

I didn't have to bother with their helplines because I ordered through Amazon, Im much more comfortable with Amazon, and I don't like sending my credit card details here and there!

Yeouth products are generally sold off Amazon, and other online stores. It doesn't look like many people contact the company website direct.
