I only wish i had found this site before i fell into the trap with this company. I too have had the usual story, we have a loan for you, low interest rate, you need to pay the admin charge, then... nothing. Usual thing again it would seem. I am going to put my complaint through to trading standards. I will post updates

I sent my letter today for them to cancel my policy, and called them today and let rip! I told them there reviews are awful and if i didnt get my refund bk within 14days max i woudl take this matter further... i cannot believe this has wasted so much of my time!

Does any one know how i can either get a car on finance to trust or to get a personal loan, i have no credit history as ive never been in debt and aprently i do not have enough points, so i do not have bad credit i just dont have any!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT PAY A THING TO UNSERCUREDLOANCOMPANY. NET. DONT EVEN PHONE OR GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM THEY DO NOT GIVE OUT LOANS.
THEY WILL CON YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU.

THEY ARE NOT LENDERS THEIR NOT EVEN BROKERS PLEASE TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE. TRUST ME

STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY TELL YOU ON THE PHONECALL THAT YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED FOR A LOAN AND THEY EVEN TELL YOU HOW MUCH THE REPAYMENTS ARE THEY DO THIS SO YOU GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS AND HEY TAKE £59.80 YOU THEN FIND OUT THEY DIDNT EVEN CREDIT CHECK YOU AND YOU DONT GET A LOAN THE DIRECTORS OF THIS COMPANY ARE DRIVING ABOUT IN £150000 CARS THEY ARE A RIP OFF COMPANY

Ive just read thru their terms and conditions if you want a refund you hve to write to them within 14days of accepting their terms and conditions. So if you are within that time then write to cancel and request refund. I have just sent mine recorded delivery. Will update if they shirk out of it

Hmm I don't know but from my experience when "applying" for a loan it is usually free because they WANT you to get the loan so they make money from their cut on the interest. Paying money to get a loan does seem fishy.
