why do we have to pay a fee? why dont you just deduct it from the loan?

I only wish i had found this site before i fell into the trap with this company. I too have had the usual story, we have a loan for you, low interest rate, you need to pay the admin charge, then... nothing. Usual thing again it would seem. I am going to put my complaint through to trading standards. I will post updates

I sent my letter today for them to cancel my policy, and called them today and let rip! I told them there reviews are awful and if i didnt get my refund bk within 14days max i woudl take this matter further... i cannot believe this has wasted so much of my time! Does any one know how i can either get a car on finance to trust or to get a personal loan, i have no credit history as ive never been in debt and aprently i do not have enough points, so i do not have bad credit i just dont have any! Helppp!
