My purchase confirmation says tickets will be sent via email on or before the date of the event. I'm nervous about getting them in time.

You should be nervous. GO DIRECTLY TO THE VENUE and purchase online yourself. You will be surprised on what you find.

They are crooks. They don't give refunds, even if you call them within minutes of placing an order.
They state that they have until one hour before the venue to send you the tickets.
