Average shipping time? Where do orders ship from

This is a Chinese company. I gave up and cancelled my order but by the sounds of it I will be lucky to get any money back. They should be shut down.

My order took just over a month. The shipping I chose was 7-14 days as I was planning on taking it on vacation with me. Big Fail.
