Don't expect any good answers from customer service. It'll be completely generic and even after you return your shipment, I'd imagine that you'd still have to stay on top of them for a refund. Hopefully it's not a Chinese holiday, because you will receive no responses during these times. The only way I was able to gain a refund was by posting on sites like this. Good luck.

I'd lived in China for long time. Even though there are some Chinese holidays but seriously, they have long holidays only two times a year... Obviously they are saying lame excuses...

I agree with Erin. I posted on this site and that was how I got answers back from them. They want me to take it down but I told them not until I get my money back. I sent the items back around April and still have not received my refund. Good luck!

Hi, you can contact customer support for the issue or return the item back to the address you received or you can get the address from the site also.

I sent mine back to the same address that it came from. I don't remember it off the top of my head but it was on the shipping label.
