You can write your money off. I got my flashlight last year and I STILL AM WAITING FOR THE CHARGER TO COME. They have so many excuses it is actually funny how stupid they think their customers are. To work for them on the phones, you need to have a second grade education that is why there are so many liberals working there. I wrote my money off.

I still have not received mine, three months now and I will be asking for a refund. Poor way to conduct business...

You can just look online for 2000lm Flashlights or higher. There is a big selection on Amazon. I recieved a 2000lm flashlight in 3 days from Amazon. Liked it so much I ordered 2 more. $18.50 a piece I believe. All the extra's included and 2 batteries. Just no plastic case.

Read other reviews. I got my money back. These people take us for suckers and we are if we purchase them.

Allen, I finally received the flashlights after calling their office and asking very specifically when could I expect them. Mind you this was nearly 3 months in processing so I would not in anyway expect them soon but I have no idea.
Suffice it to say I was very concerned after 60days and no product. I can only say I finally received them. I ordered 5 and got them all at the same time but I would guess the company is being run from the "back seat" with little care about customers.
Hope this gets the information out there.
Is it a scam. Hmm I received the product but was very concerned.
I would recommend going to buy someplace else.
