We are an authorised retailer for every brand we sell, and all our products are sourced exclusively through the official, authorised supply chain. In the majority of cases, this means we buy direct from the manufacturer. For certain brands, supply may be managed through their authorised UK or European distributor. We never source from third party or grey market suppliers.
Because every supplier we work with is brand approved, all products are guaranteed authentic, include the full manufacturer warranty, and arrive with the correct packaging and documentation. This is the same supply chain relied on by high street opticians and leading authorised retailers.

I can confirm that we are authorised retailers of all brands that we stock and as a result all items are 100% genuine.
Each item will come with the most up to date packaging alongside a full product defect warranty directly from the manufacturer.
We are based in the UK so all items will be shipped from the UK to you.
