Hello I have been awaiting payment for my laptop for over 1 month now. I have also emailed you over two weeks ago and still no payment. My order was set to complete 25 days ago that I have screen shots of - please confirm why there is such a delay in my payment. You are unable to answer my calls or emails other than your standard auto reply saying someone will be in contact within 48 hours. If I do not receive payment by close of business I shall be reporting you to watchdog. L, trading standards, the police and taking you to a small claims court for breach of your terms and conditions.
